Do you only work with startups?
No. Most of my clients are 10–500-person companies, but I take on later-stage projects when the scope is well-defined. I don't do unbounded consulting engagements.
Can you work with our existing engineers?
Yes — most projects ship faster that way. I plug into your repo, your CI, and your observability, and leave behind code your team can own.
Which model providers do you prefer?
I'm provider-agnostic. I'll route you to whatever wins on your evals: OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Google, or open-weight models. The right answer depends on your data and budget.
How do you handle data privacy?
I treat customer data the way I'd want mine treated — least privilege, encryption in transit, no training on your data, and a written data-handling appendix in every SOW.
Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?
Yes, both. I have a standard mutual NDA and a DPA template I'm happy to send over.
